We don't negotiate the terms — just connect you and you take it from there. If a deal ends up happening, we charge a 1% fee of the purchase price, which will be split between the buyer and seller.
Real Estate
If you need real estate, we can find compliant properties that meet the State's proximity protection and other distance requirements. We can even match you with landlords willing to give you an equity share in the building - which is real generational wealth.
Investor Matching
If you're raising funds for a build-out, operating expenses or anything else, we can send you to a list of interested investors to connect with. If a deal ends up happening, we ask for 3-5% of any capital raised from an investor we match you with.
Operator Matching
If you're a licensee seeking an operator to manage your business or an operator looking for a licensee, we'll connect you directly. If a deal ends up happening, we ask for a flat fee of $5,000.00 at the end of the first year of operations.
